[CW] BBC Horizon Show (1982) on the "Soviet Woodpecker"

Certainly do.

It was particularly bad in the 40m and 20m bands (I was in the UK at 
that time).  It was said that if you put your keyer dot rate to the 
right speed and transmitted a string of dots on its frequency, you could 
interfere with it enough that it would then move frequency, hopefully to 
another band.  I remember trying this and it did seem to work most of 
the time.
