*WB2UZE* - *Howard R Bernstein*, and the *International CW Council*.


Howard, WB2UZE and all the *ICWC* staff have gathered and created a set of
associations, clubs and groups, inspired and dedicated to radio telegraphy.


The aim is to be able to give everyone the opportunity to make QSOs through
the help of a calendar where the dates, times and frequencies of those who
carry out some activity are published.


A beautiful idea spread all over the world.
