Remember the Chinese having no alphabet used lookup books, groups of
numbers, from 0000 to 9999. That's what the man is sending, and he's using
cut numbers - everything except 5 is cut, as cutting the 5 to the letter
for E makes the the effort to copy much more difficult, 5 sent out full
gives the receiving operator time to type it down. At least 0 (zero) is T
which is 3 elements long, so it's not so fast, and on a bug you can make
the dash a bit longer, recalling the zero in American Morse where the zero
is 7 elements long, not 3 (or the 5 unit long letter "L" dash).
