[CW] CW QSK Box by W4AX Dave Shafer (SK)

QSK Box by David P. Shafer, W4AX, ex- K2GU modified VE3AU design ("QST"
August 1967) as drawn by him August 3, 1975.

Dave was a former Western Union Wire Chief and was licensed since 1916.

I don't think I ever heard him make an error sending Morse.  He was
proficient at American and International - I think the reason he never made
an error was he always sent at Western Union Standard Speed of 27 WPM -
both at work and on the ham bands.
