[CW] RAC QST Midi File

This is really fun, it was part of the CFO page that is no longer on the
Internet.

If you have a midi player, play it.

Those on Linux the package to install is TiMidity++

Whoever named the package made it very difficult to get correct as it has
to be that EXACT spelling. Linux is case sensitive.

Here's the file.  I used vlc on Linux to convert the midi file to mp3 for
those who don't have midi player. Notice how small a midi file is.
