[CW] The MILL an old DOS Program Teaches Morse

This program probably will run using dosemu.  This is important for linux
users who also use screen readers.  The dosbox system runs only in sdl and
sdl and screen readers are not compatible.  The dosemu system can run in
sdl but also runs in console mode.
