[CW] KPH and K6KPH Receiver and Transmitter Locations

KPH - and K6KPH - transmitters are located at 451 Mesa Rd. in Bolinas, 
CA (RCA called this location "BL") a distance of 17.45 miles away from 
the KPH / K6KPH receiving site at 17400 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, 
Inverness, CA 94937. (RCA called this location "RS") KPH keys multiple 
vintage and modern (Henry) transmitters in Bolinas from the receiving 
location (RS) by using a telephone line with multiple tones for Morse, 
data channels (for SITOR) and two frequencies for the "teletype order 
circuit" between RS and BL.

transmitter in Bolinas, CA.  TR was at first an operator at RS (Pt. 
Reyes), but transferred to operations at BL (Bolinas).

BL Tone sets from telephone wire from RS receive site, These 902 tone 
sets are located in the control room at the Bolinas transmitter site.  
There is one tone set for each transmitter. There are transmitter toggle 
switches at each operating position to turn on or off each of the 
transmitters on 500/426 kHz, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16 and 22 MHz (some bands have 
more than one transmitter frequency being keyed.  Capability exists for 
RS Control Position 1 to key a certain group of frequencies, and RS 
Control Position 2 to key other groups of transmitters, all individually 
selected at each  K6KPH likewise can select 3.5, 7, 14, and 21 MHz 
transmitters which generally all all keyed at the same time.

AMATEUR RADIO STATION K6KPH - Transmitters at Bolinas, Receivers and 
operator at Point Reyes, CA

Just like KPH, K6KPH, the amateurradio position ar RS (Point Reyes), 
similarly using tone lines remotely keys transmitters 17.45 miles away 
at BL (Bolinas) on 80, 40, 20, 15 meters at 1.5 kW simultaneously. 
Modern Henry 5 kW transmitters are used, throttled down to amateur power 
limit of 1.5 kW output on each frequency, usually three such 
transmitters are keyed at one time, 15 meters (21 MHz) was dropped at 
night, and 80 meters (3.5 MHz) was added at night for a power 
consumption of 4.5 kW each time the key was pressed.
