    Thank you. This looks very similar to the article in Morsum 
Magnificat that I linked but its not. More info in a different 
format.
    I picked up on the magazine article because it seems to be 
excellent advice. Same for this article.
    It would be interesting to see if Candler's advertising 
brochure is in some archive somewhere.
