[CW] J E ALBRIGHT Bug

A good friend sent me two boxes of key parts.  One is a JE ALBRIGHT bug,
serial number 854.  Any way to determine the age?  It's missing a few parts
but is certainly a candidate for restoration.  Anyone have parts?  Thanks
