   Every antenna, maximum power level and the frequency ranges must be
considered.  Naturally, HF is not the only frequencies that most of us
radiate.

   I don't understand how anyone but yourself could be privy to your
station's study.
   If our “stealth” antenna/s" are unsafe they need to be changed in some
way including erecting wooden fences to keep people back further.
