Hi,

I was able to hear on the 6 mc frequency a station down in the noise. I
tried two antennas and then switched to 8 mc. they were just a little
better and lots of fades. The signal stayed up long enough for me copy
the callsign one time:) I will send them a report from northern Michigan.

Neither antenna is wonderful but I read this message five minutes before
they started. This old man was hustling around to be there at all.

73,

Bill KU8H
