 Hans, did you submit a comment on the FCC proposal in favor of charging fees?  Sounds like you feel pretty strongly in favor of fees and it would be good to add your viewpoint to the rulemaking process.

Enough with the “financial burden on youth” jeremiads.
As a youthful Sailor in 1958, earning $80 a month, $8 (for 5 years) was 3 days pay.
As a youthful burger flipper today, earning $15 an hour minimum wage, $50 (for 10 years) is 3 hours and 20 minutes pay.
