[CW] IBM ORATOR typeball used instead of MILL - and a font for you!

During the late 1980s and 1990s manual typewriters with telegraphic
keyboards became difficult to obtain, so some of us acquired IBM
Selectric typewriters and put an ORATOR typeball on it. This is my
modified Orator.ttf true type font, with a slashed zero and small caps
like the original Orator.
