You will enjoy reading John Casale, W2NI's article (link below) about
the type G and type W Double Speed Keys made by J. H. Bunnell.  It's
obvious that Roye Wood's variable tension mechanism is used in the
Type "W" sideswiper but there's no mention anyway of a license or
assignment being made by Mr. Wood to Bunnell.
