[CW] Beautiful W4PAL Micro Bug

I have a couple of TAC keys, one gray and one chrome
(nickel?). Both are very good keys. They are not much larger than
a Vibroplex Original but are heavy.
I wonder what the story is behind "Not Incorporated"?
I read the thread carelessly and did not realize the key in
the picture was a miniature. It is really beautiful work. I am
envious of those who are really good machinists.
