I've done a very rough video to show it in action, should have done a
better one but hopefully it illustrates the clean up of the dots, I'm going
off/on off/on, I thought I got the box led in the shot, seems not.

*I use this circuit which works fabulous, it's based on a 555 timer, what
looks like pin 7 & 8 at the top is actually pins 4 & 8. *
