[CW] CW Octopus

For hooking up your straight key, bug, sideswiper, and two more "straight"
type keys or the output of your keyer.  I made a home made version of this
and plugged it into the "hand key input" of my Curtis EK-43 keyer - it's
the same as MFJ keyers except Curtis put in an internal power supply and a
very loud audio amplifier for loud (can you hear me over the ship
rattling?) sidetone which I needed at sea.
