I cannot provide any information on the status of Morse Express but I do agree with you about the quality of the man Marshall was and for sure he will be greatly missed.
On the subject of the GHD GT501MIL key, I have one that I bought many years ago and can only say, it is worth the effort you are making to find one for your collection.  It is a beautiful key, both in looks and in feel and use.
