[CW] cwpt2 tool final enhancements

Oops I guess it was ex 25. It’s quite long because it explains all the options and how they contribute to each part of output. 

26 shows -lesson which sets the characters for code groups as well as the input file filter. It’s just a user convieniece rather than typing all those characters
