[CW] Exclamation point

Hi Doc,

It has some errors.  What it lists for & is not correct it lists the "wait"
signal which is official.  Often they list ES which comes from American
Morse (landline Morse).  The dollar sign ($) is also unofficial but I have
been sent that as dollar sign - the KPH operator who sent it to me asked if
I was a USA ship, I said "C" (yes) and then he sent his QSJ (rates) in USA
dollars.  $0.49 per word, coast station charge, etc.  Otherwise he would
send them in GF gold francs which was the International ITU accounting
currency for settlements via the Posts and Telegraph administration of the
nation - like FCC or in UK it was (at one time) the Post Office.

The rest of  them look OK to me, or did I miss something?

I'm sure the others will correct my vision, which isn't the best these days!
