[CW] Exclamation Mark

On page 45 of the April 1995 issue of Morsum Magnificat, I suggested di-di-di-dah-dit for the exclamation mark. That punctuation mark is used very commonly when people are texting these days. (I was in Ankara, Turkey at the time, using the call sign TA2ZO. I was serving at the US Embassy there.)
