[CW] Fast Hand Key Sending

As some know, I like to preserve Morse code history, and one of the things
I regret not doing is making a recording of the very few operators I've
heard sending over 25 wpm (125 cpm.) This fellow is sending on a Chinese
K-4 key at 28 wpm (140 cpm.)

He was a commercial Morse operator at Shanghai Radio / XSG.
