Thanks Benny.  I will look at that option as well.  Then I would have a hole
to fill.  Many solutions, none simple expect leave it as-is and worry about
something else.  lol

IF YOU WERE TO ATTEMPT A FIX,  HOW ABOUT MOVING THE DAMPING BUTTON ON
THE END OF THE ARM TO ALIGN WITH THE WHEEL?   THAT SEEMS EASIER AND
LESS RISKY THAN MOVING THE PIVOT LOCATION.
