Funny timing -- I was just looking at Morse-It this morning. The entry version is 99 cents and I *think* it will do what you ask.
Some of the features are cringe-worthy -- any app that shows the code visually is usually a red flag. But it gets good reviews, has recently been updated, and (based on reviews) works on iPad.

Okay, for 99 cents I decided to give it a whirl. It will indeed accept pasted text and play it back via audio. I don't yet know how large an amount of text you can transfer via copy/paste... it could get cumbersome if you wanted to copy/paste that 50,000 word list ;-)
So far, I can't figure out how to get it to play via Bluetooth :-/ but it plays on my iPhone speaker just fine.
