[CW] A Speed Question

It is why THEY shouldn't be doing contests.It is well known that the speed of any operator in a group should not be sending faster than that of the slowest operator.   A contests consists of a group of operators trying to work each other.  Sending too fast for others to read does not insure that communications are taking place.

I have been communicating with Morse Code, using  flags, lights, radio for some 67 years, and the same rule remains.  Send faster than your partner  Y, means he is not going to read you.  Yes, if you send too fast, they wont call.
