IMHO the best overall website for detailed technical and historical

Paul Reuvers and Marc Simons make a point of continually updating their site
as new information becomes available.  They allowed me to include some of
their material in the second edition of my "Inside Enigma" book.

In addition to very thoroughly checked Enigma information they did
exceptionally fine work in completely reverse-engineering the Russian
"Fialka", a 10 counter-rotating rotor machine used up until very recently
and they offer a complete English language technical manual for this complex
machine.
