[CW] QRM and Technician License Expansion

   Club members kept asking me why I didn't upgrade from novice to
general I asked: why, they said: for HF privileges.
I told them I have 80, 40, 15 & 10 meters, more frequencies than I
need.  After 17 3/4 years I upgraded to Tech+ to gain 2 & 6 meters.
After 17 3/4 years I upgraded to Extra to be able to work DX.
I was only interested in cw, I was allowed 250 watts (75 to start with)
and I only had 100 Watts.
