I had never seen that usage. I suspect it is limited to amateur usage.
In Allied Naval Communications, AA had two meanings.
When used as a callsign it means “unknown station”.
When used in a service message it means “all after”.

I found a pretty complete list of prosigns at:

I asked, I think in this list, about the sign AA which I had
heard in a traffic net. This was a new sign to me. The above list
includes it. It means space down a line or start a new line which
makes perfect sense from the procedures I hear.
The site may be of interest to some others.
