[CW] USCG FTG

It certainly wasn't their "Finest Hours."  Late at night you'd hear "Dit
Wars" one dot answered by another USCG station or ship.  Then sometimes at
the end you'd hear "FTG."

Most thought it was pretty terrible behavior and an embarrassment to all of
us.
