[CW] New ARRL Code Proficiency Certificate Program

I seem to remember that they were thumbs up for eliminating the code requirement as well as the other repeated "dumbdowns"of the written exams. All really driven my money.  And now you can pay money to get a certificate for maybe copying code. Money, money.
They turned Amateur Radio into CB for money.
Piss on sending them a dime. Jim
