[CW] CW Practice Text - for users of code tutor/trainer software

Update since original posting of "cwpt" practice text tool.

Clarified and fixed typos in readme file and help text.

Added 3 options (all documented in readme) unique, delimiter, DM (delimiter
multiples). My home page will indicate the current version and date of
software (currently 1.2.3). I don't want to burden this list with this info
seems the audience is most likely well beyond the interest in this type of
tool. Thanks for your patience.
