[CW] pse readability report

At best, an 8.  Poor transition between some words/punctuation.  I would not say it was bad hand sending, but not good, and for a computer, it would be bad. Just not a smooth transition, spacing wise. Actually, I can read some pretty poorly sent, interference jammed code, but the slower it is, the worse I copy it.  HI
