[CW] pse readability report

Wim PA0WV has given me the secret of this sound!

It was made by computer, every mark and every space was 20% longer or
shorter in the last dit than it ought to be. It looks like handsending
but a longer
element is a bit 1 and a shorter than average element (mark or space) is
a zero, and so I sent a secret message together with the plain morse
code. May be of value in the next world war.
