[CW] Receiver RF Gain

[D.J.J. Ring, Jr.]

Alligator Station:  All mouth, no ears.  Big transmitter but no ability to
hear the weak signals that the transmitter reaches.

I believe the term originated where people were talking about repeaters but
maybe it was an older term then when I first heard it talking about
repeaters.
