[CW] Question about marine radiograms

CP is a restricted call, instead of general call (CQ) to ALL stations.

CP KESO WAUS

KESO Was All ESSO ships, WAUS was all USA ships.

CP was used for PX (Press) because it was directed to subscribers.

CQ was used for traffic lists, and WX (Weather) because they were addressed
to ALL stations. Also TTT, XXX and SOS were addressed to CQ.

TTT is Safety (Notices to Mariners), XXX Urgent (Medical, Tornado, Man
Overboard), SOS, (Distress.)  Usually addressed to CQ.
