Hi Valery,
Congratulations!  You have been chosen to receive the CWops Award for Advancing the Art of CW. Yours is one of three awards being given this year. Please tell us how you prefer to receive the award plaque.  There are three possibilities:
1.         If you will be attending the Dayton Hamvention, we would personally present the award to you during the CWops dinner.
2.         The plaque could be given to somebody else in Dayton who would accept the award in your behalf.
3.         The plaque could be sent to:  Apt 12  Block 28-1 Str Svobody, Moscow 125364  Russia
