[CW] Strange Signal from China?

Hi all,

of course that I am not sure... but it sounds like one of the CW numbers
stations on HF bands. For example the North Korean numbers station V28
"The Parrot" used this frequency on CW too.If it is numbers station then it is definitely not interesting signal
for us. The numbers stations are using the OTP keys for encrypting the
messages so it is not possible to deciphering it. Reverse engineering is
impossible to do and social techniques to get the OTP is not usable.So for us it is just series of numbers group on the air. :)
