uses a PC-AT old keyboard, to genereate Morse code OR Hell code.

On that website of nonstopsystems, you David  provided ,you also find a 
Hell receiver that I designed and constructed. However that design is 
black or white, when you allow grey scale the Hell system is due to the 
human brains that can recognise weak pictures, even better than CW. 
Remember already in 1944. No transistors no computers whatever, just 
paper ink and brain.
