[CW] Attachments on CW

The message size has been set to accommodate reasonably sized text
only messages, including fancy html formatting however larger
attachments get rejected.

If you want to include an attachment or picture, I recommend using
Thunderbird email as they have an agreement with BOX to integrate
cloud storage of the attachments.

When sending your email with Thunderbird, attach your files, then up
on the upper right click the attachment, and select "convert
attachment" and it will give you the choice of BOX.

Thunderbird will then upload your attachment to BOX and provide you a
link in your email which you can then send.
