[CW] Fwd: Unusual Propagation and "LDE" or Long Delayed Echoes.

It wasn't about Long Delayed Echoes, but it was about echoes.  I did the
math and you cannot explain a delay in a San Francisco station's S or H so
that they become H or 5 by just adding a round the world trip.  There's
something else going  on.

The subject says "unusual propagation".
