[CW] Fwd: Unusual Propagation and "LDE" or Long Delayed Echoes.

Apparently I missed the story.  Who sent and where is it?  Back in the 60s, working a general search position, I heard some long delayed echos, as did my watch officer, and a couple of other operators.
