Joe,

There used to be an Element 5  that was telegraph practical, prosigns,
geography, message accounting.

Make sure you check which elements you need.  I think it is Elements 1, 5
and 6 for written exam. That means you have   Element 1 covered by your
phone license and the code by your Extra.
