Also WWVB sends VLF signals which have time code for non-Internet connected
clocks, watches and the like.

Germany, England, China and Japan have similar. In the frequency range of
50 to 70 kHz.

I have similar to this watch, my face is white with white hands, I would
have gotten this one because the contrast is better, but functions are the
same.
Solar powered, recharges it's battery, sets to WWVB, sets day date, I have
to manually set DST but no big deal, I had to find the manual in English.

But a great watch. I can have local time on the analogue hands and the UTC
in the digital window. Perfect for radio work.

If you are in Time Zones with 1/2 hour zones, check the manual. I know my
watch does NOT have Labrador time, which is 1/2 hour closer to UTC than
Atlantic time.

It has most "normal" times, all of USA/Europe/Alaska/Hawaii.

Can be set manually to the 1/2 hour zones but you could buy a solar watch
without radio control for less.
