Just to follow up.

The replacement feet from WA9TGT (2B Radio Parts) work great and look original.

I threw caution to the wind, pried off the original rubber feet, and cut off the retaining rings that were left behind under the rivet heads. The new feet are a reasonably snug press fit over the rivets, and look completely original.

I might put a tiny drop of super glue under each foot to make sure it doesn’t pull off accidentally, since there is no metal retaining ring to hold it in place.

No longer need a non-slip pad under the key.

> I checked out WA9TGT’s feet, and they apparently just press on over the existing rivet heads. I’ll see if they work on this one.
