[CW] Speed-X 114-520 feet

I have drilled out the rivets and replaced the feet using pop type
rivets.  It was a pain.  It was easier to drill & tap the holes after
and use screws, sometimes with washers, depending on the feet. This
route used for restoration, but for using, I changed
them over to three feet for better stability.
