AUTUMN TOURNAMENT 2017 "WE 4 YEARS"

*Dear radio amateurs!*

*   21 and 23 September 2017 will be held "Private Autumn tournament -
2017" for prize and diplomas from the International Independent Telegraph
Club - "CQCW".*

*We invite all members of The International Independent CW Club - CQCW.*

*Time spending.*

The tournament will be held in three rounds:

Round I - 2 hours from 16.00 to 17.59 UT 21 September 2017 *on the 20m and
40m bands*.

Round II - 2 hours from 18.00 to 19.59 UT 21 September 2017 *on the 40m and
80m bands*.

Round III - 3 hours from 08.00 to 10.59 UT 23 September 2017 *on the all
bands (without 160 m, 10m and WARC bands)*.

*The information transmitted (RPRT)*

All Call: CQ CQCW de ...

During the QSO necessarily is transmitted RST, belonging to the club and
membership number of three digits. For example: 599 CQCW 001

*The multiplier*

Each new call, regardless of the band gives 1 point for multiplier (once
during the entire tournament).

*Calculation of results*

The result is calculated by multiplying the number dialed for a tournament
score in the total factor.

*DX CQCW callsigns*

Unique Callsign, not contained in the reports of other participants, will
not be counted.

*Observers (SWL)*

Participation of observers in the tournament (In general classification!
Coefficient x 0.8).

*Reports*

Accepted reports only formats CABRILLO, DOC, XLS, TXT. For each QSO must
contain the following information: date, time UT, band MHz, callsign, sent
and received RPRT.

In the header of the report must specify your callsign, name, membership
number.

Scoring in the report do not necessarily. It is desirable to highlight the
QSO, giving points for the multiplier.

Reports of up to 08.10.2017 should be sent to the club president, by e-mail.

*Awards*

*All participants who have sent reports, will be awarded with diplomas.*

*Everybody who sent report for the tournament will get a unique number. (to
be listed in the total table).  Among the first ten members with the
highest number of points will be draw of the lottery prize of CQCW club.*

*The principle of the lottery:  The last digit of the sum of the first ten
individual numbers will determine the winner according to the position in
the standings.*

*    21 и 23 сентября 2017 года состоится Закрытый Осенний турнир 2017 на
приз и дипломы от "Международного Независимого Телеграфного клуба - CQCW".*

*Время проведения турнира.*

*Турнир будет проведен в три тура:*

I тур – 2 часа с 16.00 до 17.59 UT 21 сентября 2017 г. на 20-ти, 30-ти и
40-ка метровом диапазонах

II тур – 2 часа с 18.00 до 19.59 UT 21 сентября 2017 г. на 30-ти, 40-ка и
80-ти метровом диапазонах

III тур – 3 часа с 08.00 до 10.59 UT 23 сентября 2017 г. на всех WARC
диапазонах

В разных турах разрешается проводить повторные QSO на одном диапазоне. В
течение одного тура разрешается проводить повторные QSO на разных
диапазонах.

Общий вызов: CQ CQCW de…

При проведении QSO обязательно передается RST, принадлежность к клубу и
членский номер из трех цифр. Например: 599 CQCW 001

*Множитель*

Каждый новый позывной, независимо от диапазона, дает 1 очко для множителя
(один раз за весь турнир).

*Подсчет результатов*

Результат подсчитывается путем умножения набранного за турнир количества
очков на суммарный множитель.

*DX CQCW позывные*

Уникальные позывные, не содержащиеся в отчетах других участников, не будут
засчитаны.

*Наблюдатели (SWL)*

Приветствуется участие наблюдателей в турнире (в общем зачете! Коэффициент
х 0,8).

*Отчеты*

Принимаются отчеты только в форматах CABRILLO, DOC, XLS, TXT. За каждое QSO
должны быть указаны следующие данные: дата, время UT, диапазон MHz,
позывной корреспондента, переданное и принятое RPRT.

В шапке отчета необходимо указать свой позывной, имя, фамилию, членский
номер.

Подсчет очков в отчете делать не обязательно. Желательно выделить QSO,
дающие очки для множителя.

Отчеты до 08.10.2017 г. должны быть направлены президенту клуба по
электронной почте.

*НАГРАДЫ*

*Все участники, приславшие отчеты, будут награждены памятными дипломами.*

*Каждый, приславший отчет за турнир, получит индивидуальный номер. (Будут
указаны в итоговой таблице).  Среди первых десяти членов, набравших
наибольшее количество очков, будет разыгран приз клуба CQCW.*

*Принцип лотереи:  Последняя цифра суммы первой десятки индивидуальных
номеров определит победителя согласно положению в турнирной таблице.*
