[CW] Where is everyone?

VU2XO has been on 40 meters for several nights now.   Last night at 0143z he was on 7.138, and the night before he was on cw down around 7.28 or so.  I worked him SSB last night, for the first 40 ssb contact with India.  Was working what appeared to be across the country, from all the calls coming thru.
