[CW] Renewing 2nd Class RT Cert.

It's now of course the GENERAL Radiotelegraph...no 2nd and 1st Class. Very easy via FCC ULS - you print the Certificate yourself I think.

No, just go into the online system of FCC, hopefully all your licenses are listed under your FCC registration number, use that and on one side, you will see the licenses to renew, select it and keep on going. 

Go here. http://wireless.fcc.gov/uls/index.htm?job=home 

Go to ONLINE FILLING then select log in, using your FCC Registration Number (FRN) and password. 

It should take you maximum 15 minutes.

I just spent a couple hours on fcc.gov getting myself a password and reading through tons of pages trying to figure out how to renew my 2nd class ticket. It doesn't expire until May and I know about the 90 day rule but I was interested in info on the form(s) and fee. Sounds like it might be more than just a 605 and I kept seeing references to a $70 fee as well as references to no renewal fee. 

Question: anyone renewed recently via ULS? Any hints? Any simpler ways to renew?
