[CW] Resonant CW Speaker

OK, folks, so I found out my transceiver, a KX2, is NOT "padded" but
rather has an energy conserving headphone output meant for headphones.
The internal speaker (4 ohms, not 8 ohms as specified in the current
QST article) has an extra amplifier.

So the apparent answer to my situation is to just build a simple little
mono amp for my resonant speaker.

Other than the volume problem, the CW resonant speaker really does make
the CW pop, reduces the background crud and is very sharp.  I can make
my sidetone disappear by moving the slide, that's how sharp it is.
