[CW] Resonant CW Speaker

Hello, Stan.

I have not built this particular one, but in the past, I have built a 
few for friends and myself. The low volume complaints I found came
from folks using their earphone jacks.  Most radios today have the 
earphone jack's audio padded down for ear protection.  Once they
moved the their plugs over to their speaker jacks,  their audio level 
was plenty high enough.  There are/was a couple of radios that
had switches go between earphones and speaker which was a padder switch.
